When pilots get married, what could more perfect than a wedding with a travel theme? Krista and Blake planned a gorgeous wedding in the mountains of Northern Georgia with some of the cutest plane details you’ve ever seen! A balsa wood plane bearing a banner with their wedding date made the perfect cake topper, while guests left well wishes on a vintage plane propeller. The most adorable touch – Blake’s plane cufflinks!
They held their ceremony in the mountainside chapel at Chota Falls, overlooking the North Georgia Mountains and Stekoa Valley, along with streams and creeks that lead into the waterfalls that make the estate famous. Krista’s bridesmaids carried cheerful bunches of sunflowers, a gorgeous splash of color against the neutral tones of the chapel. Guests celebrated in the Villa Campania – the vaulted cathedral ceilings were gorgeously accented by bunches of ivory hydrangeas in soaring centerpieces! Krista and Blake danced their way down the sweeping staircase into the main Ballroom, decorated with hundreds of floating candles. Guests enjoyed s’mores toasted in the estate’s bonfire pit along with adorable Moon Pie favors – thanking them to the moon and back!

The tower of Oreos is adorable! I always love weddings with sunflowers, too.
