Rhea and Mark had a stunning, intimate wedding starting with a ceremony in the historic Santa Barbara City Courthouse, exchanging vows in front of the sweeping vistas of the Mural Room. Rhea, a professional makeup artist and stylist for Rhea & Yvette, fully lived up to her reputation by dazzling with dramatic bridal makeup beautifully suited to the classical beauty of her lace Arabella wedding dress from BHLDN. The charm of the large lace pattern – gorgeously reminiscent of Naeem Khan’s latest collection – could not have been more perfectly suited to the old world Spanish inspired beauty of their intimate courthouse wedding and the charm of San Ysidro Ranch.

This gorgeous duo celebrated with their nearest and dearest with a lunch reception in the Wine Cellar at the wold-famous Southern California venue. The vaulted ceilings and wood burning fireplace crafted a romantic and welcoming atmosphere for their intimate party, surrounded by the lush gardens of the ranch. The California winter could not have been more generous, with the gardens still overflowing with late season blooms. Jewel bright bougainvillea still bloomed on the walls of the ranch outbuildings, with leafy green arbors providing gorgeous backdrops for their portraits. They kept the decor simple and relatively modern, echoing the charming hand-drawn invitations with minimalist pop art style. A palette of apple green, cream, and black beautifully accented the vintage wood and warm gold of their surroundings for a seamless melding of old and new!
