When it comes to stylish and modern same sex wedding inspiration, Zachary Andrew Events felt that there was something missing. This stunning shoot celebrates love as well as the gorgeous skyline of Philadelphia, and it does it in stunning style! Sharyn Frenkel Photography and Drew E. Myers Photography captured this urban city shoot that features two deliriously in love couples.
Modern Same Sex Wedding Inspiration
The sophisticated art deco architecture of the Building Bok in South Philadelphia inspired this modern take on an urban industrial wedding. The raw history of the building shone through in showstopping statement details, like the ceremony wall accented with a floor to ceiling garland of baby’s breath, with glowing candles in every nook. Papertini took advantage of the soaring ceilings to create a dramatic floral and geometric chandelier over the head table.
The city chic styling continued into the choice of attire for both couples. The Black Tux provided the handsome grooms with matching crisp black suits and ties, while individual boutonnieres gave each of their looks a personal touch. The brides gave their own spin to traditional wedding day styles, with a sleek taffeta ballgown that used a modern silhouette to breathe new life into an old classic, and a gorgeously tailored white suit paired with statement jewelry!
