Jewel Toned Autumn Woodland Wedding Shoot

I love the romance inherent in this autumn woodland wedding shoot from Ashley Cook Photography! A team of Eugene, Oregon wedding professionals came together to create a concept that married rich, jewel toned colors with elegant styling and masculine hints of the forest and the hunt.

To bring her vision for an elegant forest wedding to life, Ashley Cook came across a new venue in Oregon’s wine country. Grand Hollows blended the romance and raw woodland feel that she had in mind for the shoot. To bring that blend into the decor, Dream Design combined rich burgundy dahlias with details in antler and unfinished wood. A subtle lace runner on the grand King’s table and flowing chair ties echoed the bride’s sweetheart gown with a delicately jeweled sash. The model, a friend of the photographer, got the chance to wear her own wedding dress and accessories and feel like a bride again! The venue was hung with crystal chandeliers throughout, adding a perfectly glam element to the forest details. One hung over the cake display by Heavenly Delights Cupcakery, where petite cakes on glass pedestals surrounded a gorgeous naked cake adorned in a spiral of burgundy and ivory flowers.
