It’s easy to get in a rut when it comes to dreaming up color palettes for a chic winter wedding, but I think this combination of chilly frost blue and vibrant berry brings something fresh! Rich berry hues happen to be a personal favorite of mine, while such a pale blue adds an ethereal quality to the design.
One of my favorite design concepts to play with is adding in textural elements. A lace wedding dress with a velvet sash, natural linen table runners and napkins, fresh flowers on swirled buttercream, filmy chiffon over the sparkle of sequins – playing with texture adds gorgeous, camera-ready depth when it comes to working with lighter colors.
