This enchanting woodland wedding will have you in the holiday spirit – luxurious detailing meets sweet bohemian styling in this shoot by Cassandra Farley Photography! The Utah forest where the shoot took place boasted bare trees but a lush carpet of emerald grass from the winter rains.
It provided an utterly magic setting for this sweet bride and groom – a real couple and pair of stunning models. The styling was simple enough – a long sleeve lace gown is perfect for a winter wedding, but gold and turquoise bangles and a gold fringe headpiece by Danani Handmade add a gorgeously bohemian touch. The air of the exotic was carried in the bouquet and floral arrangements by Braided Briar boasting pincushion and king proteas in soft pink and vibrant orange.
The bright colors of the florals stand in stunning contrast to the Sweetheart Table, spread with a runner in swirling teal paisley designs shot through with metallic thread. More gold accents on the tabletop – from a woven charger and antique place settings – add stunning sparkle to the decor, glittering against the patterned runner like a star chart spread to tell your fortune. Geometric designs on the menu and escort cards echo the print on the stationery by Jacki Miller Photo + Design, as well as the subtle patterns on the vintage china.
The cake table perfectly carried the romantically moody vibe of the shoot – a vintage lace runner over dark wood provided a gorgeous canopy for a naked cake by Sweet Cakes by Karen. Berries and fresh flowers accent the sugar dusted tiers, along with gilded fruit to add a hint of shimmer.
