Time to get creative! The dream team of Heather Benge Events and Intrigue Designs came together to fill this Georgia high country estate with fabulous floral decor in the most amazing array of color! They filled the grounds and gardens of 2400 on the River with dazzling flowers, turning the mountain retreat into a whimsical oasis.
