Bright and Colorful Preppy Summer Wedding

We’ve had astoundingly hot days in California lately and all I want is to sit in the shade, feel a cool breeze on my face, and sip something iced, spiked, and pleasantly tart. I wanted to capture the essence of a chilled citrus cocktail in today’s preppy summer wedding palette!

Pairing pink and yellow was a natural choice for a bright and cheerful summer palette – shades of vivid orange and aqua add depth and an unexpected pop to such a cheerful pairing. Classic summer flowers like peonies, garden roses, ranunculus, and sweet peas create the effect of a lush garden in full bloom. Tart and fizzy citrus cocktails and a hint of fun, geometric prints adds an elegant twist to the classic garden party styling!
