I won’t lie, this one was a challenge! I was actually really stumped for a bit, but I ended up talking it over with some friends and they gave me some wonderful ideas so I hope you like it!

Instead of going with the really obvious Olympic or country colors, I thought it would be neat to add in some metallic elements to represent the medals, and I love the laurel wreath necklace as a throw back to the origins of the Olympics. Work in lawn games for guests to play, and give out ribbons and medals to the winners, or come up with unique awards like ‘Best Save in Heels’ or ‘Most Unusual Tie’.
Name each table after a country you and your boyfriend have loved to cheer for and have escort cards shaped like passports to personalize your tables. While I don’t recommend having open flames for centerpieces, play with lanterns and candles on the tables to represent the Olympic torch. I love this ‘Gold Medal’ cake or you could have an international dessert buffet with some All-American apple pies to represent Team USA!
