First off, your venue is gorgeous! This wedding sounds lovely. For a January wedding with your colors, I’d go with warmth - soft, glowing yellows, lots of candelight, the sparkle of twinkle lights - it’ll make your guests thrilled to be indoors with the snow falling outside. You still have plenty of flower options during that season: ranunculus & garden roses would make gorgeous bouquets, accented with silver dusty miller and white astilbe for texture. Add branches and candles to your centerpieces over a silver pin-tuck linen to tie in the wintry alpine setting.
I love the idea of working in moss - like the base on the cake stand - to play up the woodsy fairy tale aspect. Treat your guests to a hot cocoa bar (with whiskey, naturally) or a s’mores station to keep them cozy.
Give your bridesmaids shawls or cardigans in your colors as favors, and make sure to incorporate a fun coat with your dress so you and your husband can get some fun pictures playing in the snow! Sparkly brooches mimic the delicate tracery of frost and would look gorgeous against your dresses or as bouquet accessories.
