Elegant Watercolor Wedding Shoot in Bold Cobalt Blue

Gorgeous hand painted details are at the center of this watercolor wedding shoot from Heather Mills Photography and Peachy Keen Coordination! To add texture to the clean blue and white palette for the shoot, Nancy Knight Art created custom watercolor accents to tie in every aspect of the big day, from the ceremony to the invitations to the place settings. Even the wedding cake from Delectable Baked Goods incorporated dreamy watercolor and gold leaf designs!

The airy space and warm brick walls of Flinn Block Hall in Albany, Oregon, gave this lovely team a beautiful canvas to design around. To allow the deep colors and watercolor prints to make a statement, they incorporated clean white decor. Vintage furniture, from the sweetheart table to the cake display, added character to the open space. To bring in the bold blues of their color palette, Peachy Keen Coordination dressed the groom in deep indigo and the bridesmaid in bright cobalt, while the bride wore a raw gem ring in rich blue from By Angeline.

Hand painted watercolor prints in serene blues framed the bride and groom for a custom ceremony backdrop. Thistle and Fern Florals used the palette to create loose and organic bouquets, with delphinium flowers adding a natural pop of blue. A cascading floral garland became the perfect runner for the vintage white sweetheart table, set with modern gold chargers and flatware. Dip dyed napkins and custom watercolor plates incorporated the signature hue, while Off the Vine created calligraphy place cards to mark each seat.
